HP LaserJet - Tablet and Windows RT support

Introduction
Most, but not all, HP LaserJets support printing from tablets. Support varies by printer, and by tablet type. Use this document to find out how to check for tablet support in Windows, and how to check whether your tablet is an ARM-based processor tablet running Windows RT.
  note:
Windows RT tablets are not supported in Windows 10.
Tablet support in Windows
Other tablets running Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8 can use the printer driver included in Windows Devices and Printers (In OS), where available, and can also use the same drivers and software as PCs. In some cases, the Recommended solution might be a better option than the In OS driver. For a list of HP LaserJet Printers and tablet support for each, go to one of the following support documents and check the PC and Tablet support column:

Windows RT tablet support
ARM-based processor tablets running Windows RT can install the driver included in Windows Devices and Printers in Windows 8.1/8 if the HP LaserJet model supports it. This is the only driver option for Windows RT (ARM-based processor) tablets.
To find out if printing with a Windows RT tablet is supported with your HP LaserJet printer, go to Drivers and software support for Windows 8.1/8 and check the Windows RT column.

How to check whether your tablet is running Windows RT
To check whether the tablet has an ARM-based processor and is running Windows RT, check your system settings.
  1. Touch Control panel, under System and Security touch Review your computer's status, and then under System touch See the name of this computer.
  2. Under the Windows edition section, either Windows RT or Windows 8 will be listed and under the System section, the System type: will indicate whether or not the tablet uses an ARM-based processor.
If you have a tablet that uses an ARM-based processor and is running Windows RT, install the In OS driver (if available) from Devices and Printers. For instructions, go to Install the driver included in Windows 8.1/8.
