HP Printers - Printer Control Panel Menu App Issues

This document is for HP printers that support web-connected printing services.
This document describes issues that can occur with printer apps accessed from the printer menu on the control panel.
The printer pauses when the content for the next page is downloading from the Internet. During this pause, the print progress bar might disappear until the next page starts printing. Wait until all pages have printed before launching other printer apps.
note:
If you print from your computer while printing a multi-page printable document, the printer app pages might mix with the pages of the computer document. Wait either until your printer app print job is complete before you print from the computer, or separate the pages when both print jobs are complete.
  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
    note:
    HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
