Issue
Device Manager reports an unknown device with description ACPI\IFX0102\4&28738126&0 in Microsoft Windows XP.
Solution
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Log on to the HP website.
  2. Download the latest HP Embedded Security for ProtectTools and Infineon TPM Driver.
  3. Once the driver is installed, the unknown device message should not reflect.
