HP Photosmart C4600, C4700 Printers - 'Out of Paper' Error Message and the Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper

This document is for HP Photosmart C4610, C4635, C4640, C4650, C4670, C4680, C4683, C4685, C4688, C4740, C4750, C4780, C4783, C4785, C4788, C4793, C4795, C4798, and C4799 All-in-One printers.
The error message 'Out of Paper' displays on the control panel and the product does not pick up or feed the paper from the tray. The product might make noises as though it is printing, but no paper moves through it.
A paper feed issue can occur for several reasons, such as dusty or contaminated paper rollers, the condition of the paper in the tray, or even issues with the software.
The following video demonstrates what to do when the printer does not pick up or feed paper. The outside of the product might look different, but the steps are the same for your product.
