HP Network ScanJet 5 Scanner - No Network Environments on the Network Configuration Page in JetAdmin

Issue:
No network environments appear on the Network Configuration Page in HP JetAdmin.
Solution
Check the following:
  • Make sure your desktop is not isolated.
  • Make sure that at least one supported server is up and running on the network.
  • Make sure that you have supervisor access on the server in which the users are configured.
