HP Designjet 500 and 800 Series Printers - System Error 56:10

Issue:
System error 56:10 is displayed on the printer's front panel.
Solution
This error can be caused by the use of an unsupported media type (i.e. lightweight or slick) or a problem with the Drive Roller encoder sensor. Follow the steps provided below to solve the issue:
  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Wait 30 seconds and turn the printer on.
  3. Reload media into the printer.
      note:
    If using an unsupported media type (i.e. lightweight or slick), load the media and calibrate as plain paper.
  4. If the problem persists, contact HP.
