HP Designjet 10ps and 20ps Printers - Error -113 Installing the HP Designjet System Maintenance Tool

Issue:
Some users installing the HP Designjet system maintenance tool may get an error similar to:
An error occurred during the move data process: -113
Cause
When the HP Designjet System Maintenance Tool installer cannot create temporary folders because they already exist, it then reports error -113. The installer uses folders with the prefix "pft".
SOLUTION: To resolve this situation, all files names starting with "pft" in the temp folder must be removed (c:\TEMP\ in the example above, but could be something like C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\).
Then run the HP Designjet System Maintenance Setup again, which should now install the tool successfully.
