Warranty
One-year warranty with next business-day on-site service backed by HP support centers around the world. HP Support packs and service agreements allow the warranty to be extended up to three years.
Duty cycles
Printer
The printer has a 6 million print carriage cycles capability. Assuming an average usage of 12 prints a day, preventive maintenance is advised every 5 years.
Copier
Preventive maintenance is advised after 2 years of use to perform deep cleaning, scanning glass replacement (if needed), and camera calibration.
