HP Designjet 5000 Series Printers - Unable to Print with Two Jetdirect Cards Installed in the Back of Printer

Issue:
With both I/O slots filled with HP Jetdirect Ethernet card and an HP Connectivity Card (J4134A), only one card will be recognized On the HP Designjet 5000 series typically the Ethernet card will be recognized.
To verify two card are installed by printing out a configuration page with both cards installed. Information for only one card will be displayed.
Solution
Only use one or the other card at a time. Not both at the same time.
