HP Designjet 1000 Series Printers - Wrong Mod Error Message During Initial Installation

Issue:
A "Wrong Mod" error message is displayed on the front panel of the printer during the initial installation. This error message indicates that the setup printheads were removed from the printer and the normal printheads were installed before the ink tube system was properly primed.
Solution
Reinstall the setup printheads to complete the priming process of the ink tubes. Once the priming process is completed, install the normal printheads by following the prompts on the front panel of the printer. If the setup printheads were damaged or were thrown away, new setup printheads can be ordered.
