You have a security setting for the WebAccess tool. This is an optional setting. If you continue with the procedure, the password to gain access to WebAccess will be re-set.

This media must be cut manually.
The media loaded is too thick or strong for the cutter to cut.
Use a knife or scissors to cut the media.
With some special media types (such as Canvas), when the cutter is disabled, nothing happens after pressing Enter.
It may seem that the printer has hung up, but the printer is waiting for media to be manually unloaded. With the latest HP Deskjet 5000 series firmware version, A.02.17, there is a new message ("Please remove the media completely") during media unloading, when the printer asks the customer to unload the roll and then press Enter. This extra information prevents misunderstandings over the plotter functionality.
Lack of information on the printer's front panel was causing users to think that the printer was faulty or not responding.
