HP Designjet 650C Printer - Controlling Print Quality of Demo Prints in Final Mode
The amount of control over the print quality of the HP Designjet 650C's demo plots, and whether the print quality is always plotted in Final mode?
Control of the print quality of the demo plots is possible only if the Quality setting within the Printer Setup menu is set to Quality Equals Printer. At that point, switch the print quality from draft to final to enhanced mode. If the Quality setting is set for Quality Equals Software (the default), the demos will always print out in Final mode no matter what the selection on the printer.
note:Color plots are produced at an addressable resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) regardless of the selected print quality setting. Monochrome enhanced plots are produced at an addressable resolution of 600 dpi.
