HP SureStore CD-ROM Servers - Difficulty Locating the Server in NetWare

Ethernet frame type incompatibility
There are four different frame types on Ethernet networks: Ethernet II, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.2, and SNAP. All four frame types are enabled by default, and the HP CD/DVD-ROM Server will automatically detect the frame type used on the network. Ensure that your frame type is compatible with the other servers on your network. Check the enabled frame type settings on the Administration web page, in the Detailed View for the NetWare (NCP) tab.
NetWare file server needed
If you are unable to locate your HP CD/DVD-ROM server, a NetWare file server may be required on your network.
