Carriage is jammed
If your printer won’t print, a print job has stopped unexpectedly, or you received a “carriage jam” error, your printer carriage is likely jammed. These jams occur when the carriage holding the ink cartridges stalls in the printer. Carriage jams sometimes occur after a paper jam.
