The following error message may appear:

There is a problem with the HP Endpoint Security Controller on the unit. Please contact HP Inc. to have the unit serviced. [0x6001]

This issue can occur when attempting to set a BIOS password, updating the system BIOS to the latest version, after PXE boot, or during SCCM setup.
