DESCRIPTION

The HP Desktop Support Utility app does not get updated automatically when downloaded from the Microsoft Store. This occurs when the corresponding drivers are updated through Windows Update. After the Windows Update is complete, the information about the desktop is blank (no longer listed) in HP Desktop Support Utility. The issue occurs intermittently.
