Ensure the Panel Self Refresh option is enabled Intel Graphics Control Panel. If not, follow below steps to manually enable it.

Click Start.

Locate and launch the Intel Graphics Control Panel app.

Select System > Power.

Change the Panel Self Refresh to the On position for both Battery and Plugged in modes.
note:If the issue persists, contact HP Support for additional assistance.
