DESCRIPTION
The display flickers when the videos are played in full screen mode. This occurs whether streaming online or viewing offline.

To resolve this issue, download and install the following SoftPaq to update the Graphics driver:

Ensure the Panel Self Refresh option is enabled Intel Graphics Control Panel. If not, follow below steps to manually enable it.
  1. Click Start.
  2. Locate and launch the Intel Graphics Control Panel app.
  3. Select System > Power.
  4. Change the Panel Self Refresh to the On position for both Battery and Plugged in modes.
