DESCRIPTION
The following features of HP Client Security may not function as designed with Internet Explorer 11:
  • Password Manager
  • File Sanitizer
This issue occurs after enabling Enhanced Protected Mode in Internet Explorer 11.

RESOLUTION
Disable Enhanced Protected Mode to resolve this issue. Complete the following procedure:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools, then click Internet options.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Under Security, deselect Enable Enhanced Protected Mode, then select OK.
  5. Restart the computer for this setting to take effect.
