Installation Instructions

Download Info: This section will assist you in the download of the software to your computer and start the install process. Below are easy-to-follow instructions for downloading and installing the printing and scanning software.

Approximately 500 MB of free hard disk space is required to use this download.

1. Close any screen savers, virus protection programs, or other software programs running on your computer.
2. Click on the software package (CM2320series-win7-full-solution) Download Now and a File Extracting box will appear.
3. After the file extraction is complete- The software installer will automatically run.
4. Follow the onscreen prompts for Setting up the device and installing software.

NOTE: This software installer has 2 steps. This installer automatically installs basic driver functions for print, scan and fax. This is all the software needed for basic functionality. After the initial software install is complete, an on screen prompt will be displayed to install more software if needed.
