Description

The Plug and Play package provides easy installation and offers basic printing functions.

If printer is already in use with previous version driver, it is recommended to uninstall previously-installed driver prior to new driver installation. Un-installation can be achieved by either method below.

From the Start menu:

(Programs -> HP -> HP LaserJet P2010 Series -> Uninstall HP LaserJet P2010 Series).

Restart PC when prompted.

Delete printer HP LaserJet P2014(n) in the Printers and Faxes folder.

Restart PC.

For USB Connection:
Before proceeding with the software installation, the printer and your computer must first be properly set up. Do not connect the USB cable until the software installation prompts you.

Installation Instructions

Close any software programs running on your computer.

Double click on the downloaded file. The WinZip Self-Extractor program will appear.

Click the Unzip button.

The InstallShield Wizard will appear. Read the terms in the license agreement and click accept.

Click Next.

The EZInstall screens will appear. Follow the instructions and connect the USB cable when prompted.

Restart PC after installation is complete.

For Network Connection (LaserJet P2014n):

Please note that, the network installation is not supported by this plug and play package.
