HP Instant Ink Business | HP® Support
With Instant Ink, your company gets ink or toner delivered only when you need it. The service monitors all subscribed devices across locations, and sends a shipment when they run low.
Sign in to your Instant Ink business account to check recent shipments.
- Track your deliveries
- Check toner levels
- Change or verify your shipping address(es)
Instant Ink cartridges may be a different size, shape, or number, but they will fit subscribed printers and last longer than store-bought ones. Larger cartridges keep shipping costs low and reduce environmental impact.

Do you need help connecting a printer to HP?
If you are no longer able to print, check the printer Wi-Fi or ethernet connection.
Tip: There are two kinds of connectivity that can affect Instant Ink: connecting a printer externally to HP services (internet), and connecting the printer to a network via Wi-Fi or ethernet.
