HP Printers - HP Solution Center does not open
HP Solution Center is a program for HP printers manufactured before 2010. HP Solution Center requires Flash software. Because Flash is no longer supported, HP Solution Center is also no longer supported.
HP has several other printing and scanning solutions to replace HP Solution Center.

Print with the Windows built-in print driver
Install the built-in print driver to continue printing. For more information, go to HP printer setup (Windows built-in driver).
Scan with a Windows scanning app
Use a compatible scanning app to scan.

Windows Scan app: Use this Windows app to scan from many HP All-in-One printers. Search Windows for scan, and then click the Scan app
in the list of results.

Windows Fax and Scan: Use this preinstalled tool to scan photos and documents. Search Windows for fax, then click Windows Fax and Scan in the list of results, and then click New Scan.
