DESCRIPTION

Computers that have undergone Enterprise enrollment may encounter issues that may require to be serviced or repaired. to ensure quality service is provided for managed HP Chromebook PCs, please un-enroll (deprovision) the device before sending for repair.

NOTE: This also applies to any Chromebook enrolled in a Google Educational Console. When required by a technician to boot the Chromebook, then the technician cannot access the device that is still connected to a domain.
