This document shows you how to clear the fax memory from your printer.
Use these steps to clear the fax memory.

Turn the printer power on.

Press the Menu button on the control panel.

Using the left and right arrows select Network, then press OK.

Using the left and right arrows select Clear Settings, then press OK.

Using the left and right arrows select:

Sent Report
-
Rcvd Report

Press OK on the selections above.

Clear displays on the control panel. Press OK or Yes to clear settings.The faxes are now cleared from the memory.
