Samsung Multifunction Laser Printers - Setting Up Fax Confirmation Reports

1. Press the Fax button on the printer.
2. Press the Menu button until Fax Setup displays, then press OK.
3. Press the right arrow until Sending displays, then press OK.
4. Press the right arrow until Send Report displays, then press OK.
5. To configure what is reported, select one of the options from the following choices, then press OK.
   • On - a report prints after a fax is successfully sent.
   • Off - no report prints.
   • On-Error - a report prints only after an error sending the fax.
6. With the report options set, send a fax to make sure the report prints.
7. To show the faxed image on the Send Report, press the Back button, press the right arrow until Image TCR displays, then select On.

note:

Image TCR stores the images in memory until the report is printed. This can cause the error Memory Full to display in two cases:

• You have Secure Receive enabled and the printer memory is full. To print any faxes stored via Secure Receive, press the Menu button, select Secure Receive, select Print, enter your 4-digit code, and press OK.
• The printer receives a fax while you are copying or printing, causing the printer to store the fax in memory, which is full. The printer will automatically print the stored fax after you finish copying or printing.
