DESCRIPTION
The tablet may display one or more of the following symptoms when the battery is completely drained and the tablet is connected to an AC adapter:
  • The tablet repeatedly powers off and on.
  • The BitLocker drive cannot be unlocked after entering the recovery key.
  • The TPM is locked.
