The default Setup Utility (BIOS) settings for Secure Boot and Platform Key are incorrect. Secure Boot is Disabled and the Platform Key is Not Enrolled.

- xxx326xxxx - xxx329xxxx
To resolve this issue, complete the following procedure:
- Boot into the Setup Utility (BIOS).
- Select System Configuration from the top menu. Under Boot Options, select Load HP Factory Default Keys.
- Select Yes.
- Press f10 to save the setting. Reboot into the Setup Utility (BIOS).
- Select System Configuration from the top menu. Under Boot Options, Select Secure Boot. Change Disabled to Enabled. Press f10 to save the setting.
