HP Notebook PCs - Graphics Adapter Device Driver Appears to Be Missing if BIOS Is Updated First

DESCRIPTION
Updating the notebook BIOS to version F.31 (or later) before updating the graphics adapter driver may cause an error that indicates the graphics adapter driver is missing. However, if the graphics adapter driver is updated before the BIOS, this error does not occur.

RESOLUTION
This issue occurs because the newer BIOS links to the newer graphics adapter driver, and not to the earlier driver. To resolve this issue, download and install the following SoftPaq.
