HP LaserJet P3010 Series - PDF and PostScript files may not print from Walk up USB

Issue:
PDF and PostScript files will not print when using the Walk-Up USB printing feature. The control panel message will indicate that it is processing the job but the job will not print and the device will go back to a READY state.
Solution
In most cases, the printers RAM DISK may have been disabled. To re-enable the RAM DISK press the Menu button found on the control panel. Next access the CONFIGURE DEVICE menu by using the up and down arrows to navigate the control panel. Once under the CONFIGURE DEVICE menu select the SYSTEM SETUP menu and then the RAM DISK selection and set it to AUTO.
It’s important to note that there are very few reasons to disable the RAM DISK feature unless trying to provide the device with more memory for extremely complex print jobs. In most cases having the RAM DISK Enabled will allow all print jobs to print. In addition to not allowing PDF or PostScript jobs to print from the Walk-Up USB drive disabling the RAM DISK will also keep the device from being able to use the Job Storage feature.
