    a) Print cartridges and Printhead assembly
      caution:
Do not return nor reuse the print cartridges and printhead assembly. The replacement unit includes a new printhead assembly and a set of new print cartridges.
    • Open the ink cartridge access door by lifting from the front right of the product until the door locks into place and wait until the print carriage stops moving.
    • Press the tab on the front of each cartridge and remove it from the slot.
    • Firmly lift the latch handle on the carriage until it stops.
    • Lift the printhead to remove it from the carriage.
    • Lower the latch handle and close the ink cartridge access door.
        caution:
Make sure the latch handle is lowered to its limit. Failure to do so may result in the defective HP All-in-One printer becoming seriously damaged during shipment.
