HP Designjet Printers - Mac OS: EFI Designer Edition for HP Version 5.1 - Color Calibration Hangs or Does Not Show when Using in Mac

After performing the color calibration, when using the Mac version of the EFI 5.1 Designer Edition RIP, the color calibration seems to hang.

This happens even though the printer has already printed, scanned, and ejected the color calibration sheet successfully. The EFI RIP may still show a calibrating status for the color calibration and the color calibration never shows in the RIP as being completed.

To complete the color calibration process in the EFI RIP, simply delete the color calibration job in the EFI Designer Edition RIP JobList window after the printer successfully prints, scans, and ejects the color calibration sheet.

After the color calibration job is deleted from the queue, the RIP will properly display the color calibration.
