DESCRIPTION
The Bluetooth Pen stops responding or locks up when it is paired with iOS (iphone Operating System) and Android 5.1 OS Nexus 7 or Nexus 9 devices.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below to re-pair the Pen:
NOTE: Be sure that the Pen is at a safe distance away from the iOS device that it had been previously paired with to prevent a dead-lock when attempting to re-pair it with the iOS device.
  1. Remove the coin-cell battery from the Pen Cap.
  2. Wait for 2 to 3 seconds, then reload the battery into the Pen Cap.
  3. Press the button of Pen Cap for 3 seconds to get the Pen into pairing mode.
  4. Pair Pen with the tablet again.
  5. When the Pen is successfully paired, the dead-lock issue is resolved.
