HP Compaq 8200 Elite Desktop PC Series - Unit Does Not Resume from Sleep/Standby or Hibernate Mode

Issue
Unit does not resume from sleep, standby or hibernate mode. Unit has to be manually restarted.
Solution
In order to resolve the issue please go to control panel choose Power options > Change Plan Settings > Advanced Windows Settings > Turn off Hybrid Sleep.
