HP ColorPro Plotter - Rotation of Plots
How to rotate my plot.
Following plotter power-up, plots are drawn so that they are oriented horizontally (relative to the long side of the paper). Plots can also be positioned vertically by using the front-panel buttons. To perform a "front-panel rotation" hold down the ENTER button and press the VIEW button. The plot orientation will be changed from horizontal to vertical (rotation is counter-clockwise). Pressing ENTER + VIEW a second time returns the plot orientation to horizontal. Doing so effectively rotates plots by 90 degrees, as shown in the illustration on page 2-9 in the User's Manual.
note:It is recommended rotation be done on the plotter, not in the software.
