HP DraftMaster RX, MX, RX Plus and MX Plus Plotters - Setting Up The 1.6 Meter and the Frames on the Front Panel

Issue:
When to set up the 1.6 METER and FRAMES menu selections on the front panel of the HP DraftMaster RX, MX, RX Plus and MX Plus plotters.
Solution
When drawing long-axis plots, by default (FRAMES on, 1.6M off), the plotter draws plots in consecutive B-, D-, or E-size areas (frames), depending on the current paper width. Turning FRAMES off causes the plotter to draw only the first frame of each plot.
The frame length may be increased by turning 1.6M on. This setting controls frame length for all plots, independent of the FRAMES setting. When 1.6M is off, frames are B-, D-, and E-size, depending on the current paper width. When 1.6M is on, the plotter draws in 1.6-meter frames.
note:
FRAMES affects the next plot drawn from the selected user, and remains in effect for that user until the feature is turned off. It does not affect a plot that is currently being drawn. If media runs out during plotting, load enough new media for the entire plot, then use RESTART to begin again.
OVERLAY should be off when the plotter is drawing long-axis plots.
