Details of change
HP is enhancing the BIOS on the HP 2022 desktop PCs.
The new software and BIOS updates are available for download from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page after the effective date.
All the System BIOS have the following enhancements added:

Fixes the issue that the PL1 setting is incorrect for the i7-14700 processor on the system.

Fixes an issue of TamperLock not requiring authentication to disable via WMI.

Fixes an issue for TechPulse Erase Hotfix.

Fixes an issue preboot wifi options showing in F10 for not supported WLAN cards.
-
Fixes an issue operation system recovery User Experience and disable WinRE.
-
Fix an issue when the system displays the error message 'NVENC ERROR: EncodeAPI Internal Error. (NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_PARAM)'.

Enhancement to address security vulnerabilities CVE-2023-45733 and CVE-2023-49141.

Updates Intel RC for compatibility enhancement.

Update ME FW version. to 16.1.30.2361.

Update TXT version to 18.16.
