DESCRIPTION
Mouse input does not wake the computer. This occurs if a USB mouse is attached to an external USB hub that is connected to a USB 3.0 port of a 3001PR dock. This does not happen if the external hub is attached to USB 2.0 port of 3001PR dock.

RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use one of the following steps:
Option 1:
Use the power button or any key on the keyboard to wake the computer from sleep mode.
Option 2:
Connect the device directly to the USB ports of 3001PR dock.
Option 3:
Connect external hub to the USB 2.0 port of 3001PR dock.
