HP Designjet 50ps Printer - Remote Proofing, Unable to See Hot Folder from a Macintosh

Issue:

Unable to see the Hot Folders on the server from the Macintosh Clients.

Solution

At this time, this issue is under investigation by Hewlett-Packard.

Workaround

Save the Remote Proofing files directly to the Macintosh hard drive rather than to the Host Server.
