HP Instant Ink - Checking That the Promotion or Special Offer Was Accepted

This document is for HP Instant Ink customers.
After you enroll your printer with the HP Instant Ink service, you can sign in to your account and review the account history to see if a promotion or special offer was accepted.
  1. Go to hpinstantink.com/signin (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.
    Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
  2. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Account History in the left navigation area, and make sure All History is selected at the top of the table. The promotion or special offer appears with the date it was applied.

    If the promo code was not applied, keep the promo code, and then continue to the next step to contact Support.
  3. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Chat at the top of the page to open a chat with HP support.

  4. To find a phone number for HP Support in your location, follow these steps:
    1. Click Contact HP Support in the Help Center area of your HP Instant Ink account page.
    2. On the HP Customer Support - Contact page, scroll down, and then fill out the contact form.
    3. Click Show options.
      HP contact options display on the screen.
    4. Select Chat Now or Get Phone Number.
