HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555 MFP printers - 13.C3.A2 error

Issue:
A 13.C3.A2 paper jam error appears on the control panel when paper is jammed before it exits the printer, or as it enters the stapler/stacker.
Solution
Check the printer for jammed paper and clear the jam, if needed.
Step 1: Clear the paper jam
  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. If the paper is visible from the output bin, grab the leading edge and remove it.

  3. For printers with a stapler/stacker, complete the following steps.
    1. Disconnect the stapler/stacker connector.

    2. Press the release latch, and then slide the stapler/stacker away from the printer to remove it.

    3. If the jammed paper is visible, pull it straight out.
  4. All other models: slide the output bin away from the product to remove it.

  5. Slide the duplexer away from the printer to remove it.

  6. Carefully flex the left-hand side of fuser-entrance guide to release it, and then rotate the guide out and away from the printer to remove it.
      caution:
    The fuser can be hot. Turn off the printer, and then wait for the fuser to cool.

  7. Squeeze the two blue tabs on the fuser to release it, slightly lift it up, and then pull the fuser straight out of the printer to remove it.

  8. Clear the jam by carefully pulling the paper straight out.

  9. Push the fuser straight into the printer until it snaps into place.

  10. Insert the right-hand side of fuser-entrance guide into the printer, carefully flex the left-hand side of the guide, and then push it back into the printer until the pins on the guide snap into the holes on the printer chassis.

  11. Slide the duplexer into the printer to install it.

  12. Models with a stapler/stacker: slide the stapler/stacker toward the product until it latches into place to install it.

  13. Models with a stapler/stacker: reconnect the stapler/stacker connector.

  14. All other models: slide the output bin toward the printer to install it.

  15. Pull the top cover release lever to open the top cover.

  16. Remove any jammed sheets that are visible in the print cartridge area.

  17. If no jammed paper is visible, remove the print cartridge, and then remove any jammed paper in the paper path.
  18. If jammed paper is visible under the registration shield, use the green lever to raise the shield, and then clear the jam by gently pulling the paper straight out.

  19. Lower the shield, reinstall the print cartridge, and then close the top cover.

  20. Turn the printer on.
