HP Designjet 10/20/30/50/70/90/100/110/111/120/130 Printer Series - How to Fix If System Maintenance Utility Pop-Up Will Not Show Up Printer

Issue:
This article helps in getting System Maintenance Utility pop-up window to display the printer if it is blank.
Solution
Following are the steps to resolve the issue where the System Maintenance Utility will not show up the printer pop-up window when opened using HP Designjet System Maintenance Utility icon on the desktop.
The following figure shows HP Designjet System Maintenance pop-up with no printer shown:
Step 1: Check the connectivity
If it is a USB connection, determine if it is a direct USB connection from printer to computer. If there is any USB hub or any interconnecting devices, remove them and directly connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable.
Step 2: Disable Firewalls
Step 3: Disable proxy settings
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools-> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings to disable proxy settings.
Step 4: Uninstall and reinstall printer driver.
