  1. Prepare the notebook for disassembly.
  2. Release the keyboard.
  3. Spread the retaining tabs (1) that secure the memory
  4. expansion board to the socket. The board rises up.
  5. Pull the board away from the socket at a 45-degree angle (2).
  6. Reverse this procedure and install the new memory.
