HP Designjet EFI Designer Edition RIP - Cannot Get Job Info Error

Issue:

The error message "Cannot get job info" is appearing in the EFI RIP software.

note:
The error messages displayed in the program window are preceded by the word "input," "color," "print," or "port" to indicate at which stage of processing the problem occurred.

Solution

Delete the job from the program window. Then reload it and try again.

Cause

EFI Designer Edition is unable to read certain information from the job file. This information is required for job processing.
