HP Consumer All-in-One Desktop PCs - Enabling and disabling wireless charging (select models only)

By default, the wireless charging feature is disabled in the S4 (Hibernate) and S5 (shutdown) power states.

1. Turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press the f10 key.

3. Continue pressing the f10 key until the BIOS Configuration screen is displayed.

4. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate to the Power tab, and then select Hardware Power Management.

5. Set Wireless Charging in S4/S5 to Enable.

   

6. Press the f10 key to save the changes and exit.

If Power Saving Mode is enabled, wireless charging is disabled in the S5 (shutdown) power state. To enable wireless charging in Power Saving Mode, use the following procedure.

1. Press the OSD button found on the bottom edge of the monitor.

2. After the main menu is displayed, press the OSD button again to open the HP ENVY OSD menu.

3. Select Power.

4. Under Power Mode, select Full-Feature.

5. Under Wireless Charging, select On to enable wireless charging.

By default, wireless charging is enabled in all power states.

1. Press the OSD button found on the right side of the back of the computer.

2. Select the menu icon to open the OSD menu.

3. Select Power.

4. Select Wireless Charging.

5. Select On to enable wireless charging or Off to disable wireless charging.

By default, wireless charging is disabled in the S5 (shutdown) power state.

1. Turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press the f10 key.

3. Continue pressing the f10 key until the BIOS Configuration screen appears.

4. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate to the Configuration tab.

5. Change the wireless charging option to enabled.

By default, wireless charging is disabled in the S5 (shutdown) power state.

1. Press the OSD button found on the back cover to open the OSD menu.

2. Select Power.

3. Select Wireless Charging.

4. Select On to enable wireless charging.
