caution:Do not extend more than one paper tray at a time. Do not use paper tray as a step. Keep hands out of paper trays when closing. All trays must be closed when moving the printer.
The following information describes how to load paper into tandem Trays 2 and 3. These trays hold up to 550 sheets of 75 g/m2 paper.

Adjust the paper-length and paper-width guides by squeezing the blue adjustment latches and sliding the guides to the size of the paper being used.Figure : Adjust the guides

Load paper into the tray, and then close the length and width paper guides against the stack. Check the paper to verify that the guides touch the stack, but do not bend it.Figure : Load paper

To prevent jams, do not overfill the tray. Be sure that the top of the stack is below the tray full indicator.Figure : Check the stack height

Repeat these steps for the other tray.
