This document pertains to HP computers using a wireless network with Windows 10.

The Wireless and Bluetooth connections are slow and may not connect. This occurs after the OS has been upgraded to Windows 10. The computer may exhibit one or more of the following symptoms:

Cannot connect to Internet
Connection speeds are slow
Wireless button does not function
Bluetooth does not function
