Setting Up the Printer Hardware for HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter Series

1. Remove the tape and packing material from the front of the printer.

2. Turn the printer around, and then remove the tape from the rear of the printer.

3. Open the cartridge access door, and then remove any tape or packing material from the cartridge access area.

1. Connect the power supply to the rear of the printer, and then connect the power cord to the electrical supply.

2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

1. Lift the output tray, and then slide the paper guides out as far as possible.

2. Load the paper in the center of the tray with the short edge first and print-side down.

3. Push the stack of paper into the tray as far as possible. Make sure that the paper is not higher than the line marking in the tray.

     cuidado:

   Do not load paper while the printer is printing. Jams or paper feed issues might occur.

4. Slide the paper guides in until they touch the edge of the stack.

5. Lower the output tray, and then pull out the tray extension.

  cuidado:

Failure to install the SETUP cartridges that came with the printer causes a cartridge error.

1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Open the cartridge access door.

3. Remove the setup cartridge from its packaging.
4. Hold the cartridge so that the cartridge contacts are facing toward the printer.
5. Slide the new cartridge into its slot, and then gently push it forward until it clicks into place.

   observação:

   Make sure that the colored dot on the cartridge label matches the colored dot on the slot.

6. Repeat these steps for the other cartridges.

7. Close the cartridge access door.
