HP DeskJet, ENVY 6000, 6400 printers - Printing self-test pages

A Printer Information Page provides the printer serial number, connection status, and Wi-Fi Direct password.

1. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

2. On the printer control panel, press the Information button .

   A Printer Information Page prints.

   

A Printer Status Report lists the printer serial number, estimated ink levels, ink cartridge numbers, printer usage, and connectivity settings.

   All control panel buttons light up.

3. Press the Resume and Cancel buttons at the same time.

A Web Services Report provides instructions to turn on or set up Web Services, fix connection issues, and find your printer IP address.
