DESCRIPTION
The HP iPAQ 600 Business Navigator Series device turns off abruptly while receiving a call when the remaining battery power level reaches 30 percent.
Symptoms:
While receiving a call, if features such as Wi-Fi, camera, or Bluetooth are running in the background with nearly 30 percent of remaining battery power level, a large current usage causes the voltage to drop down under a critically low level and the device turns off abruptly.

To prevent the issue from occurring, HP recommends avoid using features such as Wi-Fi, camera, or Bluetooth when the remaining battery power level reaches 30 percent.
