Follow these steps to learn about and solve the issue.

Issue

The last year available for selection in the job accounting Summary Report in HP Access Control is 2020, and years 2021 and later are not available for selection.

Solution

Find the datareport.asp file at at \HP Access Control\website\.
Open the file in Notepad.
Under section Sub ChoiceYear(), change the year range to the desired start and end year (2030 is the recommended end year), save the file, and then close Notepad.

Note:
Be careful to not replace the extension to .txt. Notepad uses this extension by default.
